Canola Oil Extraction Can I Use Canola Oil Instead Of Vegetable Oil In My Bread Making?

Can I use Canola oil instead of Vegetable oil in my Bread Making? - canola oil extraction

He has a problem and took the canola oil in the store yesterday, but my bread recipes call for vegetable oil. Will this ruin my bread?

Canola oil is vegetable oil.

Vegetable oil is a generic term for vegetable oils, including but not limited to, canola, sunflower, soybean, corn, olive, peanut, sesame, etc.
